Service Portal for Students

The first point of contact for all questions relating to studying is the service portal for students. It brings together the information, counselling and administrative services offered by the Student Administration and Student Advisory Service for students and prospective students. From initial information at the Information Desk and the Student Administration Service to student and teacher training counselling and advice specifically for international students, IT Support and heiCO Support, contact persons are available.

You can contact us with your concerns by telephone on 06221 54-5454 or by e-mail: studium@uni-heidelberg.de.

Student counselling services

You can obtain an overview of application, enrollment, transfer processes etc by phone, email or on site in the service portal for students. You can also drop by daily during open consultation hours without an appointment for a brief consultation in person or online. You can receive more detailed advice on orientation and on organizing your studies in individual counselling appointments. Our workshop programme “Stark im Studium” offers group sessions on challenging topics which you might come across during your studies.
